HAYWARD, Maxine Mae – Age 85 of Corunna, passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by the love of her family on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Peter William Hayward (2004). Loving mother of Dianne (William) Tennyson of Corunna. Cherished grandmother of Maren (Scott) Maenpaa, Amy (Pat) Dietrich, Jeff Hayward, Jessica Tennyson (fiancé Ryan DeGasperis) and Roy Tennyson. Great-grandmother of Ingrid Maenpaa and Elle Dietrich. Dear sister of Lorraine (Melvin) Hayward of Corunna. Survived by nieces Laurie (Greg) White and Lisa (Claude) Valade and sister-in-law Joy Marie Robson. Predeceased by her son Darwin Eugene Hayward (2005). Maxine was the Past President of the Moore Agricultural Society Homecraft Division, a Life Member of the U.C.W. and a talented cake decorator.

VISITATION
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, May 8, 2014 from 5:00 to 9:00pm at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden.

FUNERAL SERVICE
Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 11:00am at Corunna United Church, 198 Hill Street, Corunna. Rev. Blair Corcoran officiating. Interment to follow at Bear Creek Cemetery.

DONATIONS
Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Pancreatic Cancer or Macular Degeneration Research.
