Howes, Sharon

July 22, 1949 ~ March 25, 2021

HOWES, Sharon Marie – Peacefully and surrounded by her family at Bluewater Health on March 25, 2021, Sharon Marie Howes, passed away at the age of 71. Devoted wife of Neal Howes and much loved mother to Sandra Mckinlay (Terry) and Tammy Jackson (Joe). Beloved grandmother to Adam, Olivia and Ireland. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Freda Cook and brothers Lenny and Billy. Survived by her siblings Bob (Wanda), Gail (Ken), Brad (Lise) and Debbie. Sharon loved spoiling her grandchildren every chance she had and spending her time sitting outside on her swing in warmer weather watching her hummingbirds and wildlife. Many will remember Sharon for being a hard worker with a very stubborn streak who never gave up. A special thank you to Bluewater Health’s Dialysis Unit for the many years of care you had given her during her treatments. Thanks to Dr. Kim and Dr. Lafranier at Palliative Care for your help and guidance.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family graveside ceremony will take place at Bear Creek Cemetery.

Flowers gratefully declined and instead donations in sympathy may be expressed through Bluewater Health’s Dialysis Unit or to the Sarnia and District Humane Society.
