AYRHEART, – Janice Marilyn (Farr) age 87 of Oil Springs, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Bluewater Health, C.E.E Petrolia. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Ayrheart (1980). Loving mother of Cheryl Ayrheart (Steve) and Dolores Patterson (Randy). Cherished grandmother of Ryan, Jared (Marcie), Sarah (Adam), Miranda (Brandon) and Brittany (Nic). Special great grandmother of Ben, Jake, Robin, Jessa, Alivia, Bentley, Kolton, and Kinsley. Predeceased by her parents James and Carolyn Farr, sisters Gloria and Dona and grandson Matthew Patterson. Janice will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Details
A private family graveside service will take place at Oil Springs Cemetery.

  10. We have been neighbors only for a short time, but we feel blessed to have known Janice. Our little dogs would bark good morning to Janice as she retrieved her paper. We will miss her smile and her kind heart.
    Truly sorry to Dee and Cheryl, and your families, we are here if you need us.

  11. Janice has been my neighbour for as long as I’ve lived in Oil Springs, always intrigued by all of her antiques and collectibles and such a nice person. Mom enjoyed her company as well as her neighbour at Fiddick’s.

  12. Saddened to hear of Janice’s passing. In the days to come wonderful memories will help ease the pain. It is hard to loose the last parent because they have always been there for you. I remember Jim and Carolyn when I was a young child we lived across the street from them for my early childhood. God be with you. Alan and Marie.
