BEGGS, Sharon Elizabeth – Age 81, formerly of St. Clair Township, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia. Beloved wife of Robert “Bob” Beggs for 63 years. Loving mother of Leona and Steve Browning, Jamie and Tracy Beggs, Amy and James Dillane and the late Tony Beggs. Cherished grandmother to Olivia, Liam, Adam, Nathan, Tommy, Sammy. Dear sister-in-law of Fern (late Ken) Tice and sister of the late Eileen (Gord) Young. Predeceased by her parents Alice and William Tice. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Sharon was a lover of animals, baking, bowling and gardening. The family wish to extend their sincere thank you to the staff at Lambton Meadowview Villa for going above and beyond with the care of Sharon and Bob.
VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, Brigden on Sunday, June 1, 2025 from 1:00 to 4:00pm.
FUNERAL SERVICE
Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 11:00am from the funeral home. Interment at Riverside Cemetery, Sombra.

Sharon was a beautiful woman who loved her husband and family and always was so pleasant.
She will be truly missed at Lambton Meadowview, as well as Bob who came every day with a big smile on his face to spend time with the love of his life.
Due to illness, i sadly won’t be able to attend the funeral as planned but you will all be in my thoughts as you say your final goodbyes.

We have so many memories of Sharen and Bob and the family, always the best, our kids were best friends, we did Sunday School together, always knew they were true kind people, the ones you could count on, Sharen sadly gone but not forgotten. Bob and Family, I am so sorry for your loss, and send you my deepest sympathy! I was honoured to get to know Sharon when I helped foster her barn cats through Cat Chance a few years ago. I enjoyed our weekly visits when she came to visit her cats. Sharon was so proud of her family, and always updated me on the accomplishments of her grandchildren, showing me pictures and videos. She was a special lady and will be missed!
