Condolences (5)

  1. I’m sorry for your loss. May you all be comforted by looking forward to the time when all causes of death, and the sorrow that follows, will be gone from the earth forever. (Revelation 21:4)
“He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” Isaiah 25:8.

  2. Sharon and Pat and family, Tom and Kymberley and family – Please accept my deepest and most heartfelt sympathy. Ruth was a pearl of great value to me. I first met Ruth at a beef dinner at the old Courtright United Church. It had been her and Jean (Nicol) McKinley’s job to make the coleslaw. Ruth had brought the old enamel baby bath tub to mix the coleslaw. Jean told me that was I going to take over that job right then and there. Ruth and Jean walked me through the recipe for the coleslaw and the mixing in the tub. Ruth also taught me the secret ingredient in coleslaw and church lady sandwiches. Ruth was my friend and she taught me so many things about cooking and baking and life in general. We had so many laughs over the years at UCW meetings and beef dinners. I will forever be in her debt. It has indeed been my privilege to have know Ruth Brown. Blessings to all.
