BRUNO, Eugene Albert Joseph – It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Eugene Albert Joseph Bruno, age 82 of Sarnia, Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at his residence. Beloved husband of Claire (nee Mathé) Bruno. Loving father of Diane (Tony) Frank of London, Claudette (Paul) Lynds of St. Thomas, Lorraine Bruno-Lynds, Carole Bruno (Richard Scroggs), Ron (Lisa) Bruno and Rose Bruno, all of Sarnia. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Kevin, Michelle, Andrew, Alina, Luke, Larissa, Angel, Mitch, Kara, Chloe, Lyndsay, Christina, Travis, Ashley, Jared, Claire, Carlie, Adam, Lauren, Nolan and great-grandfather of 11. Dear brother of Lilliane Bedard of Sarnia and Rose Laforest of Timmins. Predeceased by his parents Daniel and Eva (nee Dubé) Bruno, sisters Marie, Dina, Pauline and brothers Henry, Dave, Lucien and Paul. Also predeceased by sons Roland (June 2009), Daniel (May 1978) and grandsons Matthew (November 1985) and Erik (October 2000). Eugene was a hardworking, proud carpenter and owned his own business. Cremation has taken place.

Graveside
A private family interment will take place at Bear Creek Cemetery.
