CLUBB, Lois Jean – Age 94 of Sarnia, formerly Brigden, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023 peacefully at Bluewater Health, Sarnia. Beloved wife, best euchre and dance partner of the late James Clubb (2003). Loving mother of Linda (Al) VanCowenberg, Ron (Anne) Clubb, Rick (Janice) Clubb and Wayne (Crystal) Clubb. Cherished grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 15. Dear sister of Margie (Dougall) McGregor. Karen Antoine, sister-in-law of Anne Gowrie and Peg Gowrie. Also survived by serval nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Gordon and Jean (Allan) Gowrie, brother Fred (Gloria) Gowrie, Harold Gowrie, sister Joan (Carl) Fowler, brother-in-law Wayne Antoine and great granddaughter Winnie-Mae Clubb. Special thanks to Dr. McSweeney and all the staff of Palliative Care at Bluewater Health and Dave and Linda Chaulk for always assisting mom.

Funeral Service
A private funeral service will take place at Steadman Brothers Funeral Home, Brigden.

Dontaions

  4. Just hearing the name “Aunt Lois” warms my heart. Her smile, her laugh, her mannerisms put an instant picture in my mind. Loved her. She will be missed. Her love of family will be cherished. Hope there is casino in heaven for this newest addition.
