CaptureDENNETT, William “Lyle” Henry – With saddened hearts we announce the passing of William Henry “Lyle” Dennett on Monday, July 4, 2016 at Bluewater Health – C.E.E. Site, Petrolia at the age of 89. He was a lifelong resident of the Brigden area and enjoyed the history of his community. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Prosak) for 66 years. Loving father of Linda (Joe) Gibbs of Sarnia. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer (Paul) Kells and Dan Gibbs. Sadly missed by his great-grandchildren Alanah, Ben and Sam who added much richness to his later life. Survived by special cousins from the Dennett side of the family and several nieces and nephews. Lyle worked in construction and building for many years and was a Building Superintendent for Rankin Construction. His passion was woodworking making “Lyle’s Toys”.

VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 1-4 pm.

FUNERAL SERVICE
Funeral service will be held Monday, July 11, 2016 at 11:00 am from the funeral home. Rev. Sandra Fogarty officiating. Interment to follow at Bear Creek Cemetery.

DONATIONS
In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Kidney Foundation or Alzheimer’s Society.

I know how dedicated you were to both your parents with all your love and support that you gave them all these years, especially when they were not well.
