HUNTER, David “Wayne” – It is with broken hearts that the family of Wayne Hunter announce his passing on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at his home. Beloved husband of Barbara (Howlett) for 59 years. Loving father of Brian (Kerri) and Jeff (Sharlene). Special grandfather to Brock, Blake, Hayley, Austyn, Chayce and Jenna and great grandfather of many. Dear brother to Richard (the late Bernice) Hunter and brother-in-law of Sybil (The late Don) Mitchell and Leonard (Connie) Howlett. Survived by many friends, cousins and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Eva and his brother Don (Irene 2010) Hunter (2019) and in laws Taylor and Hughena Howlett. Wayne worked as a Millwright at DOW Chemicals for 35 years, he enjoyed watching hockey, farming and tinkering with machinery. Wayne will be missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Details
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Wayne’s life at WYOMING LIONS CLUB, 554 Main Street, Wyoming Ont. N0N 1T0 on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 1pm to 4pm. A family funeral service will be held at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPEL, Brigden at 11 am.

I remember Wayne always having a smile and a bit of a mischievous grin as he took part of an infamous water fight on the farm.
