JAPP, Lori Marguerite (Hyatt) – Age 60 of Wilkesport, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia. Beloved wife of Michael Japp. Loving mother of Amanda (Shawn) LeBlanc and Mike (Krystel) Japp. Cherished grandmother of Skylar, Ryerson, Joseph, Madison and Myla. Dear daughter Lloyd and Ilene Hyatt and daughter-in-law of Bryce and late Elaine (2022) Japp. Survived by siblings Brenda (Calvin) Moore, Clare (Clare) Hyatt, Cheryl (Ken) Young, Georgene (Allen) Bailey and sister-in-law of Brian Japp, Susan (Dan) Austin and Kevin (Timi) Japp. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Lori loved spending her time gardening and with her grandchildren. A special thanks to Dr. Lilly, Dr. Dhanjani and all the nurses at Bluewater Health. Also, Dr. Raphel, Amanda Anderson and the nurses at London – Victoria Hospital.
VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, Brigden on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
FUNERAL

My deepest condolences to all of Lori’s family members. I had the privilege of working for several years with Lori at Bridgeview and Brigden Public Schools. Her remarkable ability to work with an entire school community was remarkable. Lori was a positive light for children, helping them make personal gains while smiling and laughing a little everyday. Lori will be remembered by everyone who knew her, for her love of family. She was a person who spoke her truth, laughed easily, and easily shared her infectious smile!

Mike & family, Lloyd, Ilene & family. It has been many years and I am so sorry to Hear of Lori’s passing. I know it is hard to go through as it happens so fast and you don’t have enough time to say all you want to say. We lost my Mom in June of this year, and she was gone so fast and we were not prepared to do or say all we wanted to do with her. I know you have many many memories and Pictures to help you get through this hard time in you lives.

Mike, Amanda & family, Mike & family, the Hyatt families and the Japp families. You don’t need to be told how awesome Lori was because you were privileged to be her family. I had the privilege of working with her at Hanna and Bridgeview. She made every day a fun one. Her sense of humour often left me toppled over. She spoke her mind and worked hard everyday. She loved you all more than words can say. I especially enjoyed her stories around gift time as I learned Mike was the best gift giver ( or not), it was always a great story.
She will be missed by all who knew her. I am grateful to say I knew her. She touched the lives of so many students over the years. Down to the wire, she stayed positive and gave everyone some wonderful memories. Thinking of all of you at this time of lose. Celebrate her, she is worth celebrating.
