Condolences (31)

  1. Jay, Lesley and families:
Sorry for the loss of your beloved mother. As many have already said, she was a most kind and gentle person. She certainly passed on all of her goodness to both of her wonderful children. Being Jay’s friend and classmate, I was fortunate to cross her path often in my formative years and she left an indelible impression. She was someone to both admire and emulate. May all the great memories of her life, long lived, bring you some comfort at this time.

  2. We would like to express our condolences to the family and friends of Noreen at this time of loss.

  3. To Jay and Lesley and everyone in your family,

Noreen was one of a kind;. She radiated generosity, kindness, and patience, and she was loved by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. I share your grief.

Wishing you peace and good memories in this difficult time,

    Richard

  4. My condolences to my cousins. I think I met Noreen briefly during my last visit years ago with my mom Ivy. We corresponded a bit over the years for genealogy & family news. Also remember her for the Christmas cards & letters she sent this way.

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. Your mom was a beautiful soul, patient and always smiling. My mom Barbara had many wonderful things to say about her always while working with her at Brigden Public as I am sure all her collegues can attest to. My mom and I will keep you and all of your familiy in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. The world has lost another bright light.

  6. Mrs. Kells was one of the greatest teachers of our generation. So grateful to have known her and be taught by her. She was always so patient and kind, never harsh and always quick to listen. She will be sadly missed. My condolences and prayers go out to your family.

  7. Noreen was such a beautiful lady who was easy to talk to. I met Noreen when I first began playing music at Brigden United Church twenty years ago. Noreen was one of my many kind friends who had provided transportation to London for my radiation treatments. Her loving kindness will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Noreen.

  9. Jay and Leslie.
I am sorry to find this today. I was thinking of Noreen all day as it would have been her birthday If I had it right in my birthday book that I have kept all these years. My family used to have Christmas dinners with Percy and Ivy Williams for years and my mom and dad used to visit with Grace and Dave a lot. I used to send Christmas cards to Noreen but stopped about two years ago because of not hearing from her. I always enjoyed her letters and finding out what she was doing. She was the only one of that branch of my family I kept in touch with. My thoughts are with all your family at this time.
