LONG picLONG, Rosalee Ruth – Age 87, of Wallaceburg, formerly of Corunna, Inwood and Dresden, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance – Palliative Care. Beloved wife of the late Leslie Robert (2009). Loving mother of the late Wray Long (2013), late David Long (2021), Ruth (Tom) Mackesy of Enniskillen and Bill Long of Wallaceburg. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Trevor, Kevin and Ethan Long. Great-grandmother of Jacob and Jaxson Long. Predeceased by her parents Alva and Stella (Jackson) Wray and her sisters Pauline Levy, Caroline Minielly and Helen Jeffrey. Rosalee was a Life Member with the Women’s Institute and was the past district president. Sadly missed by her cats Mouthpiece and Storm.

Friends and family will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, BRIGDEN on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 10:00am until the time of the funeral at 12:00pm. Interment to follow at Bear Creek Cemetery. Rev. Steve Longmore officiating.
