McINDOO, Janey (nee Scott) – Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert (1990). Loving mother of Mary Jane Metherel, Ruth (John) deGraaf, Mark, Les and Terry (Jean). Cherished grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 12. Dear sister of Glen (Marie), Gary (Kay-2015), Melvin (Ruth Ann) and Mildred. Predeceased by her parents Margret and John Scott, brothers Jim, Frank and Clifford, sister Alice and grandson Ryan. Janey had a passion for cards, anytime, anywhere with a coffee in her hand. She made lots of card friends at the Courtright Friendship Club. She loved to cook for family and always had lots of love and compassion for her family with no judgement. Janey was a resident of St. Clair Township most of her life.  A special thanks to Dr. MacDonald, Lambton Meadowview Villa Nursing Home and nurses for making a difference in Mom’s end of life care, our family is very grateful.

VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden, on Monday, February 6, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.

FUNERAL SERVICE
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.

DONATIONS
Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Charity of choice.
