rsz_patterson_pic4pic4PATTERSON, Lynn Cheryl (Anderson) – Age 69 of Oil City, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia. Beloved wife of John Wesley Patterson for 40 years. Loving mother of Scott (Troy) McDonald of Oil City, Kelly (Norm) Tuckwell of Fergus, step-mother of Randy (Delores) Patterson of Oil Springs, Larry Patterson of Sarnia and Terry Patterson of Oil Springs. Cherished grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 2. Survived by her siblings David Huggett of Sarnia, Maida Huggett of Ingersol, Kevin (Agie) Huggett of Sarnia, step-sister Carla McLean of Sarnia, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Harvey and Mildred (Moore) Anderson Huggett, step-father John “Son” Huggett, step-brothers John and Ron Huggett, step-sisters Nancy and Pamela Huggett. Lynn was a Registered Nurse for 40 years, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 216, Petrolia, as well as the Shrine Daughter of the Nile #111 Omar Temple, Sarnia.
 

VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.

MEMORIAL SERVICE
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 11:00am from the funeral home. Rev. James White will be officiating. Interment of ashes at Oil Springs Cemetery will take place at a later date.

DONATIONS
Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
