Rogers, Ailsa Josephine

September 02, 1924 ~ August 12, 2022

Ailsa Josephine Rogers (Kennedy-Sloane)
September 2nd 1924 – August 12th 2022

After a lengthy struggle with dementia, at the tender age of 97, Mom found the door where her beloved husband of 60 years, Leslie has been waiting these past 16 years. She leaves behind the family she loved so much, loving daughters Joanne Ross (Doug) and Jill Rogers (Judy Lemmon). Grandchildren Andrew Shore (Jemma), Geoff Shore (Anne-Marie), Lyndsay Ladhani (Faruq) and Erin Ross. Great Grandchildren Nick, Katherine, Ethan and Travis Shore, Maya and Qalib Ladhani. During WWII, where she met our Dad – RCAF navigator stationed in London, Mom proudly served in the Civilian Militia in London during the Blitz and later in the British Merchant Marine travelling to Canada. Our thanks to the caring staff at MGM in Sarnia and Rev. Marilyn Townsend Smith for your love and care. Mom loved animals and nature and travelling the world.
