SHEPLEY, Raymond Lloyd (Curly) – Age 86 of Sombra, passed away at Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Saturday, November 27, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Mary Yvonne “Bonnie” (2010).  Loving father of Dan (Gwen) Shepley, Cindy Shepley, Patty (Gary) Newman, Teresa (Bryan) Thomas and son-in-law Barry Jinkerson. Dear grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Survived by siblings Helen and (late Al) McGaffey also (late Glen Gerow), John and Diane and (late Judy) Shepley, Winnifred and Beverly Klingbile and (late Clifford Marentette), Edith (Mike) McNaughton, Clara (Tim) McNaughton and brother-in-law Gary (late Kay) Scott, sister-in-law Annie (late Wilbert) Shepley, Late Edwin and Nellie Shepley. Predeceased by parents Alvin and Clara Shepley and daughter Mary Jane Jinkerson. A special thank you to PSW’s and VON nurses that touched his life in the past year, dad loved all of you, and we would also like to thank Dr. Kim and Dr. Al Dharer and all the lovely nurses in palliative care who took such loving care of him.

Visitation
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden on Wednesday, December 01, 2021. Due to Covid-19 restriction, those who wish to attend must RSVP with a time to attend the visitation at https://signup.com/go/yCzwzAK.

Graveside Service
Family and friends are welcome to join a graveside service on Saturday, December 04, 2021, at St. John’s Cemetery , Sombra at 2pm.

    Canadian Bank of Commerce in Sombra. That would be back in the 1950’s.
