Barb and family….just hearing of Ken’s passing today on Jan 16/20….Ken was my 1st fastball coach in Bantam when i played for him and Frank Vlcek at Enniskillen Twp Park in 1973….he was very patient and encouraging for me when i had trouble hitting the ball and praised me for wanting to be “the catcher” on our team when nobody else wanted to play that position…sorry for your loss Barb because KEN WAS A NICE MAN!…. and i also want to say thanks to you for being so helpful when all my kids were born at C.E.E hospital in Petrolia in 1983,1986 and 1987…sorry i wasn’t able to be there for you at this difficult time but i’ll never forget how blond and cute your 3 kids were when i met Ken… You and Ken had just built your new house in Oil City when i used to see them paying in the yard on my way to the ball park….hope you and your family are doing reasonably well…Bernie Baillargeon,Windsor,Ont
