I have fond memories of Betty. Both of us grew up on the 8th line of Moore and the Butler Family was our closet neighbours The Powers were our neighbours to the east. It was Betty who asked me to join the Naomi Eastern Star about 60 years ago .I had a little visit with her at Meadow Villa in January and I think that she knew who I was. Still had her pleasant smile. She has lived a long life and contributed much to her family and community. She is now at Peace..
My sincere sympathy to all of Betty’s family.
