Harriet Agatha (Lester) Shephard age 94, formerly of Sombra passed away September 11, 2012 at Fairfield Park, Wallaceburg. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Shephard. Loving mother of Dona (Bernard) Lajoie, Bill (Bonnie) Shephard all of Sombra. Dear grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren. Dear sister of Mary (Late Ray) Taylor, Morris (late Virgina) (Dorothy) Lester and Reta (late Robert) Walton. Survived by brother-in-law James (Phylis) Shephard, sister-in-law Ellen (late William) Card, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Alvin and Agatha (Hiller) Lester, brother Earl (Kathleen) Lester, sister Ellen (Valley) Matthews, sisters-in-law Glenda (Floyd) Gorton, and Nona (Gordon) Davis. Harriet was a life long resident of Sombra Township, a member of the Sunset Rebekah Lodge #185, Sombra, Past Noble Grand in 1951 and Past District Deputy in 1956.

VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, BRIGDEN on Thursday September 13, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.

Rebekah Lodge memorial service at 6:45pm on Thursday.

FUNERAL SERVICE
Funeral service will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday September14 at 11:00 am. Interment Riverside Cemetery Sombra.
