ANNETT, Bruce Edmund Earl – Age 90 of Sombra, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia. Beloved husband of Mary Rose Annett (nee Babcock). Loving father of Sheldon (Denise) Annett, Byron (Judy) Annett, Katherine (Phil Andrew) Annett. Cherished grandfather Jordan (Dan) Lane, Bailey Annett (Andrew Lowery), Chad (Stephanie) Annett, Olivia Annett, Reid (Riley) Annett, Ryan McFadden (Tayna), Rick McFadden (Carrie), Chris Annett (Allison), Brandy (Ryan) Dedobbeleer and great-grandfather of 11. Dear brother of the late Lloyd (late Norma) Annett, Marion (late Carl) Walls, Velma (Wayne) Wilbur, Wayne (Ruth Anne) Annett and step-brother of the late Charles (Jan) Lewis, Shirley (Lawson) Gray, Doreen (late Carl) Zorn. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Esther (Charlie Lewis) Annett.
VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, Brigden on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
FUNERAL SERVICE
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11:00am from Zion Free Methodist Church (2950 Bentpath Line, Sombra). Interment to follow at Bradshaw Cemetery.
DONATIONS

Mary Rose and family We were so sorry to hear of Bruce passing. As soon as we heard we started reminiscing of him and my dad (Cecil) seating under the tree at your farm chatting and telling many stories. They had a lot of good times and never had to leave Sombra !

Bruce and the Annett family where such great neighbor’s, over the years. My dad enjoyed the time he spent visiting with the Annett”s on Sunday afternoons. Bruce was a humble and kind man that will be missed.

it was a great honour to know Bruce when I was growing up, a dear friend of my father and i felt that Bruce was a friend to me. About 10 years ago i was telling Marion how much i liked Bruce and thought he was a special person, Marion replied “Bruce is our Angel’. I couldn’t agree more..Praise God for men like Bruce.
