Ruthann Elizabeth “Ruth” Bell (nee McCracken) of Inwood passed away on Monday, July 14, 2026 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia. Beloved wife of the late Paul (2025). Missed by her sons Sean (Wanda) of Chatham, Gregory (Tubby) Doreen of Sarnia. Her grandson Justin (Megan) and great grand children Jacob, Aubry, Anna of Petrolia. Dear sister of David (Sally) of Sarnia. Sister In law of Florence (Marcel) of Petrolia, Marie (Tim) of Oxtongue Lake. A Heartful thank you to all the dedicated customers over the years at the Chuckwagon in Inwood. Cremation has taken place.   1. My deepest condolence’s to all the family- Ruthie as I always called her- being my former sister-in- law- , she will now be with her beloved Paul- fly high Ruth he will be there with open arms-

  2. So sorry to hear of Ruth’s passing, I remember going there and would would hear some great stories. Great Restaurant where the farmers loved to go sit and chat it up. Thinking of you during this difficult time .

  3. This is my aunt who I will truly miss. No one will ever know how much she means to me. This woman love me so much when I didn’t know I love myself or what love was. She showed up for me in ways. No one will ever know or understand. I was truly blessed to have her in my life. I love you and I will always miss you auntie.

She would fly to California just to surprise me. She came to my wedding when I didn’t know she would show up. I will truly miss you forever and always auntie. I love you.   7. Marsha and Geraldine Dupuis of Inwood are so sad to hear. Ruth was such a kind lady and neighbor. Always sharing her tomatoes from her garden with us. She will be greatly missed by our whole community. R.I.P

  12. I send my condolences to Ruth’s family ! I had a friend Cathy who lived in Inwood . I went several times with her to the restaurant. The food was great ! when Cathy passed away I didn’t go to Inwood very much !!Ruth was such a great asset to Inwood
