IMG 5622JAQUES, Kenneth – Age 82 of Petrolia, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Bluewater Health – C.E.E. Site, Petrolia. Beloved husband of the late Christine (2020) Jaques for 52 years. Loving father of Brian Jaques, Wayne (Leslie) Jaques and Keith (Justyna) Jaques and Andy Hommy from Alberta. Cherished grandfather of Emerson (Peyton), Trista (Quinton), Alyssa (Dylan), Alex (Jenna), Andrew (Emma) and Tyler (Sydney) and great grandfather to Brynlee. Dear brother of Ruby, Hazel, the late Jean and the late Verna. Brother-in-law to Mike Edgar. Survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews. Ken worked and owned Jaques Farm Drainage, he was very passionate and worked hard his entire life to build up his business. He enjoyed going to auction sales and attending almost every fish fry around. He was a member of the Alexandra Inwood 158 Masonic Lodge, an honorary life member of the Land Improvement contractors of Ontario (LICO), which he was president in 1982.

Visitation
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm at Steadman Brothers Funeral Home.

Masonic Service
Will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 6:30 pm at Steadman Brothers Funeral Home.

Funeral Service
A funeral service for Ken will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 11 am at The Brigden Fairgrounds. A graveside service will take place at Wyoming Cemetery followed by a luncheon at the Wyoming Legion.
