TAYLOR, Richard Allen – Age 64, of Sarnia, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 21, 2021. Loving father of Earl (Tammy) Taylor and Tanassa Taylor. Cherished grandfather of Caitlyn, Kaleb, Jaden and Logan Taylor. Dear brother of Ken (Barb) Taylor, Marjorie (Doug) Fournie, late Helen (late Joe) Lapier, John (Celine) Taylor, Charlie (Elaine) Taylor, Barb Ogorek (Mike Esford). Predeceased by his parents Earl (1976) and Alice (nee Scott, 2010) Taylor and step-father Ernie Hunt.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation.

  1. Just where do I begin, ‘country music’ and ‘memories’ of conversations with Rick Taylor, and, later on, meeting another family member, Tanassa when I worked at Hiawatha Horse Park. Rick, always talked about his family in a loving way, he was a very caring individual. My sincere condolences to your family, you will remain in their hearts forever. RIP in Rick Taylor, for I feel certain, that you will be watching over them from your ‘sky view’

  2. Since the first day of grade one, he was always very kind and considerate. As an adult, he took the time to listen, and be concerned. Godspeed, RIP Richard.

  5. So sorrry Kenny and Barb, Marj and Doug, Charlie and Elaine, John and Barbie! I always enjoyed talking to Richard at Billy Myers Jamborees. He aleays knee me and searched me put to tslk to. He really enjoyed his grand kids!
